Normally the physical (field) inspection requires 3-4 hours, followed by the same amount of (office) time to complete the report. Each and every property is unique, deserving a very thorough examination of all aspects. With 30 years of construction, development, building experience, combined with 25 years of property inspections, I provide a level of insight, scrutiny, and personal attention, unmatched by most others. We strongly recommend buyers to accompany “physical” inspection process. Together we will examine and discuss all conditions/components, providing the necessary tools for the “decision making” process. Purchasing a property can be a very stressful endeavor, our goal is to achieve a comfort level through education.
